Mobile phones should be reused and they do have a value. Rather than just return them to the networks, we offer a simple buy back service and proper disposal of your company’s old phones.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is a European law designed to encourage and regulate the collection, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste electrical and electronic equipment.

The regulations came into force on 1st July 2007, which now means all mobile phones are fully classed as WEEE and need to be reused and recycled in a responsible way.

At Simplicity we only work with a properly appointed and, approved authorized treatment facility (AATF) meaning we can provide customers with our simple and efficient buy-back service.

This means we can continue to offer our customers a simple solution while also fulfilling the requirements of the WEEE regulations.

Mobile phones can be repaired and reused and are often sent to developing countries where the life of the phones can be extended.

Where the phone can not be repaired we will ensure the recycling is completed in an ethical and environmentally friendly way.
