However in order to guarantee complete independence we have chosen to work with the four main mobile networks and work with three very long and well established telephone system manufactures delivering telephony services of literally 100's of 1000's of businesses throughout the UK and around the globe.

Clearly, as a service led business we remain accountable for any service or solution we deploy and our objective therefore must always be to ensure whatever we present will deliver on its promises and meet the criteria set for a successful relationship.

Landlines> We will always ask to review a copy of one of your businesses most recent bills, in order to provide a clear comparison on your current call traffic charges and supply a direct demonstration on the rates would be if you were to work with Simplicity. Ultimately we will not be beaten on the rates for any "like for like" service provider.

Mobile Services> Again we would look to discuss your current arrangements and have our own "Tariff Checker" utility which will take your unique business requirements and present a tailored solution to match these from all four major mobile networks.

We have invested significantly in our online "Tariff Checker" platform which can be completed in a just few simple steps by one of our sales staff after having asked a few relevant questions about your business requirements. By discussing what services and hardware you need and having reviewed a recent bill from your current provider a choice of tailored and relevant packages from all the networks is the end result.

Telephone Systems> We are accredited to supply, install and maintain telephone systems from 3 manufacturers, namely Avaya, Toshiba and Panasonic, therefore retaining our independence and ensuring our business invests in a solution which will work with you for many years to come.
